Xbox Game Pass subscribers get PC titles via Xbox Play Anywhere

Xbox Game Pass subscribers with a gaming PC will soon be able to take advantage of free titles via the Xbox Play Anywhere program.

After today’s announcement that titles like Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3 and State of Decay 2 will be part of Xbox Game Pass at launch, Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg also confirmed the titles will be available to play on PC at no extra cost.

Because the titles are offered free on Xbox One to those with an Xbox Game Pass subscription, those same gamers will be able to play the titles on PC at no additional cost.

Slightly confusing, but we’re sure you get it. Right?

Sea of Thieves heads to Windows PC and Xbox One on 20 March.
