Xbox FanFest 2026 also heading to Sydney, Australia

Details, however, are slight...

Xbox has today confirmed that an Xbox FanFest 2026 event will take place in Sydney, Australia, alongside other events in Los Angeles and Seattle (USA), Cologne (Germany), London (UK), Mexico City (Mexico), Tokyo (Japan), and Toronto (Canada).

While we know that the Los Angeles, USA FanFest event will coincide with the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 on 8 June here in Australia, Microsoft is keeping details of the other events closer to its chest.

“Expect in-person experiences that bring the worlds of Xbox to life with opportunities for players to connect with one another,” said new Xbox head, Asha Sharma, in a statement.

“Each FanFest event will be unique to the location in which it’s held, celebrating the local Xbox community and the ways they engage with gaming, and the people that make it special.”

Xbox asks players to stay tuned to its channels for further information on the events. We’ll also keep you updated as we learn more.

The Xbox Games Showcase has been scheduled for 8 June here in Australia, with a special segment focused on Gears of War E-Day to follow the main program.
