Xbox Cloud Gaming rolling out to Xbox consoles

People with an Xbox One can now play Xbox Series exclusives.

Xbox Cloud Gaming is now starting to become available on Xbox consoles, meaning those with a last-gen Xbox One can use the feature to play current-gen Xbox Series exclusives like The Medium.

Microsoft said the functionality is now available to a “subset of Xbox gamers” and will “scale to all gamers in supported markets over the coming weeks” in a statement.

Users who have subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can open the Xbox Game Pass app on their consoles and look for a Cloud icon next to supported games. If it’s there, you’re able to stream games rather than download them.

We’ll let you know when the service heads to all Xbox consoles proper.

Do you have an Xbox One and are excited to play games like The Medium (and even Microsoft Flight Simulator when supported?)? Sound off in the comments area below.
