Xbox 360 backwards compatibility on Xbox One down for maintenance this evening

Microsoft has advised that Xbox 360 backwards compatibility on Xbox One will go down for two hours’ maintenance this evening.

The backwards compatibility service will be taken offline at 6.00pm AEST on Thursday, 27 April, and is expected back at 8.00pm AEST. Xbox 360 titles will not be accessible on Xbox One during this time.

The downtime also means those actually using an Xbox 360 might have troubles accessing games during that same period.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II was the last title to be made backwards compatible on the service.
