A nasty WWE 2K20 bug meant the game was unplayable in 2020. Luckily, a patch has already been issued that corrects the problem.
The bug meant any platform with an internal calendar set in 2020 would make WWE 2K20 crash; the workaround was to change your platform’s date and time to a date in 2019. No, really. The issue was relatively easy to workaround on PC and PS4, but Xbox One time and date comes directly from Xbox Live, so users on that platform had a harder time of it.
This issue has been resolved. Please make sure to restart your #WWE2K20 game to automatically download the fix. If you continue experiencing issues, please open a support ticket here: https://t.co/E9ETwypbuw. Thank you again for your patience!
