The Witcher Netflix TV series will air near the end of the year

The Witcher Netflix TV series has been confirmed for air at the end of this year. Viewers can expect the series, which stars Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, between October and December 2019.

The series was first announced back in May 2017, and also stars Freya Allan as Ciri and Anya Chalotra as Yennefer. The series has been filmed in locations across Hungary, Poland and Budapest’s Vajdahunyad Castle. Apart from that, we don’t know much about the series itself; it has myriad novel and game iterations that the Netflix show could mirror.

We’ll have more on The Witcher‘s Netflix TV series as it’s made available. Are you keen to watch?
