Windows 10 officially heading to mobile devices from December

While Microsoft’s new mobile flagship, the Lumia 950, will come with Windows 10, the company recently confirmed that the OS will be pushed out to all eligible devices by December this year.

It’s ultimately up to carriers like Telstra to decide when Windows 10 will go out to handsets on their networks, but those that want to side-step the process can sign up for the Windows Insider preview program.

Windows Phone handsets that have 8GB of internal storage and can run Lumia Denim (system version 8.10.14219.341) for the update.
