Windows 10: Mobile gets its RTM; Surface Book and Pro 4 get new firmware soon

Big news on the Windows 10 front today.

Microsoft has just released the final release to manufacturing (RTM) build for Windows 10 mobile devices. The RTM is available in the Windows Insider fast ring.

Moreover, Microsoft advised that new firmware will soon be available for its newly released Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book devices. Both units are having issues, primarily concerning battery life. The firmware is said to alleviate problems.

An exact date on the Surface firmware has not been named. (Update: The firmware is now available through Windows Update.)
