Watch Dogs Legion Smart Delivery confirmed for Xbox One, Xbox Series X

Watch Dogs Legion will support Smart Delivery across Xbox One and Xbox Series X, Microsoft’s Phil Spencer confirmed during Ubisoft Forward.

That means both Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will offer a free upgrade patch from current- to next-gen Xbox consoles. Players will also be able to take advantage of cross-saves between each, so progress won’t be lost.

Legion was highlighted earlier in the Ubisoft Forward livestream, and we’ve got a lot more to say about the title at the conclusion of the event itself. Stay tuned!

If you want more information about Smart Delivery itself, we’ve got you covered here.

Watch Dogs Legion heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia where available on 29 October, and Xbox Series X and PS5 when the next-gen consoles become available.
