Total War Arena open access event running right now

Total War Arena is offering an open access event from now until 7 February.

Those who want to give the free-to-play strategy game a try can do so here. The code TWAASIAOW will also provide 500 Gold and 7 days of Premium Account time. The code is valid for new players and can be redeemed up to 8.00 pm AEDT on 7 February.

“We thought this open access event was a great opportunity to welcome more players into the game for the final stages of Closed Beta,” said Gabor Beressy, Game Director at Creative Assembly. “We greatly value player feedback, and the Immortals program is our way to reward Closed Beta players for their support.”

Moreover, anyone taking part in the open access event can also join the Immortals program. “As an Immortal, they can secure and retain fantastic rewards for the open access event and beyond,” Wargaming advised.

Any closed beta progress will be wiped when the game enters its open beta. Immortals rewards will carry over.

All Closed Beta progress will be wiped when Total War: ARENA enters its open beta. However, players will keep the Immortals rewards earned during closed beta.

Total War: Arena is planned for a 2018 release on PC.
