The PS4 will support PS3 wireless headsets

Polygon reports today that Sony’s just confirmed the upcoming PS4 console will accept wireless headsets designed for the PS3.

At the San Diego Comic-Con, Sony said that even though the PS4 will have a mono headset included in its box, it’ll still support older (and presumably, stereo) wireless headsets.

In comparison, Microsoft’s Xbox One doesn’t come with a headset included, and won’t support legacy audio devices due to a new headset adapter port.
