The PlayStation Network goes offline for maintenance early next week

Sony today advised that the PlayStation Network will be taken offline for maintenance on Tuesday, 18 November and Wednesday, 19 November.

The first bit of maintenance begins 18 November from 4.00 am to 10.00 am AEDST. A second stint runs from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm AEDST on 19 November.

The time will be used to “deploy a series of back-end improvements to the network,” Sony said.

The PlayStation Store and Account Management will not be available during the work.
