The New Xbox One Experience preview program has a bunch of issues

Microsoft today warned that the latest New Xbox One Experience preview test will limit access to a number games and apps.

Those testing the console’s new UI will have issues with the following:

  • Destiny‘s “The Taken King”, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, Elder Scrolls Online and Forza Motorsport 6 will experience graphical, connection and stability issues.
  • D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die, Elite: Dangerous, Guacamelee: SCTE, Pool Nation FX, Skylanders, Unmechanical and Xbox Fitness will not load
  • ABC News, BlinkBox, Every Street United, Overdog, ReddX, Showtime Anytime, SlingTV, TWC TV, VUDU and WWE may not load
  • BravoNow, MLB, SyFy, TED and USA Now might launch but will be problematic
  • Content purchased on Xbox.com may not be accessible
  • Party Chat may malfunction
  • Users may experience missing notifications

Microsoft says that anyone with issues should hard reset their Xbox One. Those affected may also choose to opt-out of the experience, though that will perform a factory reset on the affected console.

Windows 10 or not, does this dissuade you from trying out the New Xbox One Experience?
