Tetris 99 Grand Prix 4 takes place this weekend

A new Tetris 99 Grand Prix — creatively named Grand Prix 4 — will take place this weekend, Nintendo has confirmed.

This new event starts up at 5.00 pm AEST on Friday, 21 April and will last until 4.50 pm AEST on Monday, 24 June. During this time, the Tetris 99 players who land in the top 199 of all entrants across Australia and New Zealand will be awarded 999 My Nintendo Gold Points for their troubles. 999 My Nintendo Gold Points equates to about $9.99 AUD.

Not a bad little contest, eh?

Tetris 99 is exclusive to Nintendo Switch; specifically to those Switch users who’re subscribed to the Nintendo Switch Online multiplayer service. Good luck to all those competing this weekend.
