Stone free update adds additional language support; iOS version coming soon

Stone will receive additional language support and will soon head to iOS, developer Convict Games today announced.

First, those who already have the game on PC and Mac can now take advantage of a free update that provides language support in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.

“Convict Games reviewed the best translators available, and tested them to ensure the Aussie style, vibe and story would be captured,” Convict Games said in a press release.

Moreover, Stone will be “coming soon” to iOS “as a premium experience,” Convict Games continued. A specific release date was not named, but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s been locked in.

Stone‘s episodically told, so iPhones and iPads are a perfect match,” Convict’s Greg Louden said of the announcement. “We think more casual players will love our stoner noir and playing our self-titled hungover koala detective.”

Stone is currently available on Windows PC and Mac; a demo for the title is currently available.
