State of Decay 2 classified R18+ in Australia

State of Decay 2 has just been classified R18+ here in Australia.

The news comes by way of the AusVGClass Twitter account:

Classified yesterdayState of Decay 2 has high impact violence, strong impact themes, moderate impact violence, mild impact sex and very mild impact nudity.

It’s not that surprising — the original zombie apocalypse title was reclassified R18+ after originally receiving an RC (refused classification) ranking from the Australian Classification Board over real-life drug depictions.

Microsoft today confirmed State of Decay 2 would be offered to those in the Xbox Game Pass program from its launch. It will also be offered up free via PC to those same subscribers.

State of Decay 2 heads to Windows PC and Xbox One later this year.
