StarCraft and StarCraft 2 PC Game Pass releases coming November

Get ready.

Both StarCraft and StarCraft 2 will be available on PC Game Pass in November, Activision Blizzard and Microsoft announced at Tokyo Game Show.

StarCraft Remastered and StarCraft 2 Campaign Collection will be available on the subscription service from 6 November here in Australia.

“Ever since StarCraft first launched in 1998 and expanded with StarCraft 2 in 2010, the series has left an indelible mark on the real-time strategy… genre, esports, and the rise of live streaming,” Activision Blizzard said in a press release. “It continues to enthral a very active and passionate community that is always looking to welcome new members into its ranks.

“In this genre-defining SciFi series, players engage in an epic war across the stars in the 25th century. Featuring three different factions—the human Terrans, bug-like Zerg, and the technologically advanced Protoss—the games set each species against each other for the fate of the Koprulu sector.”

PC Game Pass is available as a standalone subscription or comes bundled in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
