Star Wars: Battlefront gets Rogue One DLC in December, offline play this week

Star Wars Battlefront will get an expansion that features Rogue One: A Star Wars Story ahead of Christmas this year.

“Rogue One: Scarif” will be released near the release date of the film itself, which is scheudled for a 16 December release.

The planet of Scarif will be the central location of the DLC, and is shown in the film’s latest promotional poster, above.

Moreover, Star Wars: Battlefront will soon receive a free update that allows for offline play.

From 20 July, the game’s Skirmish mode will be playable against bots in either solo or co-op modes.

Star Wars: Battlefront is available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
