Sony may bring MLB The Show to Xbox, Switch

Sony will bring MLB The Show to “additional console platforms” as early as 2021, it has declared in a press release.

“The historic expansion of the long-standing partnerships will bring MLB The Show, for the first time ever, to additional console platforms beyond PlayStation platforms as early as 2011,” a press release from Sony, the MLB and the MLBPA reads. “Complete details will be announced at a later date.”

Sony’s San Diego Studio has been creating officially licensed baseball games for over 20 years; the most recent is MLB The Show 20, which heads to PS4 in March 2020.
