Sony emailing PlayStation Plus subscribers about extensions over outage

Sony has started to email active PlayStation Plus subscribers, detailing extensions that will be placed on accounts due to the recent PlayStation Network outage.

Emails appear to be arriving in drips and drabs, so don’t be too worried if you haven’t received one as yet.

Sony said it would compensate users for the early January outage.
