Something is coming from Lego, Nintendo

A new partnership between Lego and Nintendo has been announced… though that’s all we really know about it at this stage.

For now, Lego took to Twitter to announce, “It’s-a me, LEGO Mario!” also advising that consumers “stay tuned” for more.

Nintendo currently has a deal with K’Nex, a Lego competitor, so it could be that the announcement pertains to the license switching hands. It could also mean that Lego is being worked in to Super Nintendo World theme parks planned for both Universal Studios Japan and also in Orlando.

We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about whatever it is Lego and Nintendo are doing.
