Skull and Bones delayed again, this time to 2023

Whelp.

The on-again, off-again Skull & Bones has now been delayed into 2023, Ubisoft has today confirmed.

“Although Skull and Bones’ development is finished at this stage, the invaluable feedback received during our various technical tests and insider program convinced us we could use a bit of extra time to polish and balance the experience even further and ensure you all get the best experience we can offer,” Ubisoft said on Twitter.

That means Skull & Bones can now be expected on 9 March 2023; the title was meant to be released on 8 November 2022 after its latest delay. This annoncement means Skull & Bones has been delayed a total of four times in the last four years.

We previewed the game way back in 2018; you can check out our thoughts here.

Expect Skull & Bones on Windows PC, Xbox Series S & X and PS5 from 9 March 2023.
