Get ready for one year of PlayStation exclusivity...
Silent Hill 2 will be console exclusive to the PS5 for one year, likely heading to Xbox on 8 October 2025.
That li’l tidbit was revealed as part of a new trailer for the upcoming Windows PC and PS5 title, which heads to those platforms (naturally) on 8 October 2024.
There’s also a likelihood that Silent Hill 2 will also head to the Switch 2 — that’s the upcoming new console from Nintendo, not the current one — next year, as the trailer details Silent Hill 2 will be available on “other formats” after the exclusivity period has lapsed.
You can view the trailer above.
Silent Hill 2 has been in the news for a while — though it’s not out for a couple weeks, you can already watch its first 90 minutes online. If you dare, that is.
Expect Silent Hill 2 from 8 October on Windows PC and PS5.
