Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 PS5 release date set for 12 August

Time to jump in?

The Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 PS5 release date has been set for 12 August, Microsoft and Ninja Theory have today announced.

This also coincides with the release of Hellblade 2‘s Enhanced update on Xbox and PC, which will add new features including Performance Mode, Dark Rot Challenge Mode, and more to the mix.

A new trailer for the Enhanced update was released to mark the occasion.

Hellblade 2 has been available on Xbox and PC since May 2024, and was announced for PS5 in May of this year.

Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 is a video game only on its surface,” Jay said in our original review. “Scratch that away and you’ll see that it’s a deep, thought-provoking, interactive experience; it proves games as a form of art, demanding skill and talent. Ninja Theory should be very proud.”

Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 is already available on Windows PC via Steam the Microsoft Store alongside Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. It heads to PS5 on 12 August.
