Xbox Series X 6 November release date suggested by packaging

An Xbox Series X 6 November release date has been suggested by labelling on packaging, The Verge today reports.

It’s other case of those pesky leaked white Xbox Series X-style controllers to be blamed for this latest piece of news — the report states that the controller’s packaging had a label saying it shouldn’t be put out for display until 6 November. The controllers also spilled the beans on Microsoft’s long-rumoured Xbox Series S.

Microsoft today confirmed that the Xbox Series X will have a November 2020 launch window, and it’s likely the new controllers and the console itself would be introduced at the same time. Microsoft obviously hasn’t addressed this latest report, but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.

The Xbox Series X took a hit today as Microsoft and 343 Industries confirmed that Halo Infinite, a flagship title, has been delayed into 2021.
