Report: A new 343 employee just accidentally leaked Halo 5’s release date

New 343 employee, Esports figure Michael Cavanaugh, might have just accidentally leaked the release date for Halo 5: Guardians.

Innocently enough, Cavanaugh posted a picture of himself in his new 343 office space.

See that countdown clock in the background? We do too. It’s counting down to 10 November 2015.

While it’s not concrete evidence, it’s certainly damning — after, that date is traditionally Halo‘s release window. After all, Halo: The Master Chief Collection comes out 11 November 2014.

We’ll keep you up to date as we learn more.
