New Mortal Kombat game confirmed by voice actor

A new Mortal Kombat game has been confirmed by a Spanish voice actor who has previously worked on the series.

“Well finally I confirm that the ‘professionals’ of Pink Noise decided to remove my characters from Mortal Kombat 11,” voice actor José Eduardo Garza Escudero tweeted (via translation). “How sad that a company that wanted a lot ends up making decisions that affect both you, the consumers. Goodbye Kung Lao and Reptile.”

Pink Noise is the localisation team responsible for the Spanish-language versions of the series.

Escudero then took to Twitter again a day later to clarify, saying he’s not sure if the new Mortal Kombat game is “MKXI, MK10.5, MKXYZ or whatever.”

A new Mortal Kombat game was teased for E3 2018, but nothing eventuated.
