Diablo 3 cross-play is a matter of “when, not if”

Diablo 3 cross-play is “a question of when, not if,” according to a new report from Business Insider.

The publication cites a Blizzard representative who said cross-play between Xbox One, PS4 and Switch is on the cards, though no further information was given.

Sony has recently relaxed its stance on cross-play between the PS4 and other consoles like Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, allowing the feature inside Fortnite. The feature  is currently in a beta on PS4 and no other cross-play enabled games have been detailed.

Diablo 3 heads to Nintendo Switch on 2 November. The game is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. Do you want to see cross-play between the platforms?
