Rocksteady reponds to Batman: Arkham Knight PC issues, and fans aren’t happy

Rocksteady has responded to Batman: Arkham Knight players in the wake of a number of issues exclusive to Windows PC.

“We’re aware that some users are reporting performance issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight,” the developer said on its official community site. “This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible.”

Moreover, two sets of recommended settings were also posted on the game’s official forums to try to help PC gamers create “an experience on par with the current generation of gaming platforms.” The settings appear to be quite conservative in the face of the game’s problems and have resulted in many fans taking to Reddit or Steam forums to question why their graphics cards aren’t being used to their full power.

The game continues to run best at 30 frames per second.
