Resident Evil Infinite Darkness is a Netflix CG series starring Leon & Claire

Resident Evil Infinite Darkness is a new Netflix CG animated series coming in 2021, starring loved protagonists Leon S Kennedy and Claire Redfield.

A short teaser trailer debuted at Tokyo Game Show overnight, showing both Kennedy and Redfield in action. Leon looks to be rescuing an unknown man while Claire takes point in an investigation in a dark, spooky place. As is Resident Evil.

Set to air in 2021, the CG series is wholly removed from the live-action Resident Evil series already confirmed to Netflix and featuring (groan) “the Wesker kids”.

Capcom’s Hiroyuki Kobayashi will producethe series alongside TMS Entertainment. Quebico, with Resident Evil Vendetta‘s Kei Miyamoto at the helm, will produce the animation.
