Xbox Game Pass August 2025 additions and removals

More coming and more going.

Xbox Game Pass August 2025 additions and removals are starting to be drip fed to us by Microsoft and its partners; we’ll update this post throughout the month.

Last month: July 2025  <  This month: August 2025  >  Next month: September 2025

Game Pass is a multi-tiered system; Xbox Game Pass Core offers the least, while Xbox Game Pass Standard has more, but less than the behemoth Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Head here for more on the new tiered scheme and right here to learn which games are part of the Xbox Game Pass Core library.

Those subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate have access to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass alongside access to the EA Play Vault as well. Finally, select regions also have access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Cloud Streaming on supported devices.

Below, you’ll find the titles you can soon expect (or in some cases, lose) on Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Streaming.

We’ll be adding to the lists below as more games are revealed.
