PlayStation Plus Essentials May 2025 freebies have been detailed by Sony and include Stevivor’s GOTY for 2024, Balatro.
PlayStation Plus subscribers in each and every tier of the program — Essential, Extra, Deluxe and Premium — will be able to download the following titles for free over the next month. They’re in addition to the library of titles offered to PlayStation Plus subscribers above the Essential tier.
Last month: April 2025 | This month: May 2025 | Next month: June 2025
- Ark Survival Ascended (PS5)
- Balatro (PS4, PS5)
- Warhammer 40,000 Boltgun (PS4, PS5)
The titles above will become available from 6 May here in Australia.
What do you make of the free games above? Don’t forget that those in Extra, Deluxe and Premium also have access to a larger library of titles too.
Additionally, always remember that all PS4 games listed above can also be downloaded and played on PS5.
