PS5 game streaming heads to PlayStation Plus (but not in Australia)

Premium versus Deluxe.

PS5 game streaming will soon head to PlayStation Plus, but not here in Australia.

PlayStation Plus Premium members will gain access to PS5 streaming later in October, but there’s the catch: Premium doesn’t exist in Australia, nor does the ability to stream any PlayStation titles through the service here.

That out of the way, Sony has confirmed that Premium subscribers will be able to stream the likes of Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, Ghost of Tsushima, Mortal Kombat 11, and Saints Row 4 alongside streamed game trials of titles including Hogwarts Legacy, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, and The Calisto Protocol.

Players will also be able stream games they own, including Resident Evil 4, Dead Island 2, Genshin Impact, Fall Guys, and Fortnite.

PS5 game streaming will target a 17 October launch in Japan, a 23 October target for Europe and a 30 October target for North America.
