PS5, DualSense get five new colour options

Time to personalise?

The PS5 and the DualSense controller will soon be offered in five new colour options, Sony has recently confirmed.

First, the DualSense will get three new options — Nova Pink, Starlight Blue, and Galactic Purple — which join previously released colour options in Midnight Black and Cosmic Red.

Next, Sony will also offer up PS5 console covers in those same five colour options.

“These new console covers are beautiful and easy to use — simply remove your original white PS5 console covers and click your new ones into place,” Sony said of the console covers.

“The PS5 console covers will be available for both the PS5 with the Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive and the PS5 Digital Edition and are sold separately from the PS5 console and DualSense controller.”

The black and red colour options will be available in Australia and New Zealand from January 2022, with the remaining colour options following in the first half of 2022. Sony Australia has advised that DualSense wireless controllers will be available for $119.95 AUD and the new console covers for $84.95 AUD.
