PS4 support thread lists common issues and how to (hopefully) fix

Sony PlayStation Support has opened a thread on their forums, helping users that are experiencing issues with the PS4.

The issues addressed include “blue indicator light blinking,” “no video/audio output to television” and “console powering off after blinking blue”.

Sony’s post suggests these issues may stem from TV incompatibility or possible issues with the PS4’s power supply.

To combat these issues, PlayStation Support suggests a hard reset, checking your HDD connection, booting in Safe Mode and checking your TV’s firmware.
