Pokemon Unite mobile release coming in September

Around two months after the Switch release.

Pokemon Unite will head to iOS and Android mobile devices in late September, around two months after the release of the MOBA on Nintendo Switch.

The “free-to-start” MOBA will officially become available on mobile devices from 22 September.

Those who wish to play on iOS or Android can pre-register now and will receive “special rewards” in the process. One such reward is the Festival Style: Pikachu Holowear. Pre-registration links are as follows:

“Join Trainers from around the world as they head for Aeos Island to compete in Unite Battles! In Unite Battles, Trainers face off in 5-on-5 team battles to see who can score the most points within the allotted time,” The Pokemon Company said of Unite‘s gameplay.

“Teamwork is key as you and your teammates defeat wild Pokémon, level up, evolve your own Pokémon, and work to prevent the opposing team from scoring points. Put your teamwork to the test, and take home the win!”

Pokemon Unite is already available on Nintendo Switch and heads to iOS and Android devices on 22 September.
