PlayStation’s Powers gets a second season… in the US

Even though Australians can’t watch a single episode of the first season, Sony has confirmed that their original series Powers has been confirmed for a second.

The second season is expected to kick-off in the US in 2016.

“The reception to Powers has been incredible and we are thrilled to have successfully launched a platform for original content with the PlayStation gamer in mind,” said Sony’s John Koller.

“We believe original content will continue to be a key pillar as we broaden the value proposition for PlayStation Plus, and we’re excited for what’s to come with season two of Powers.”

Still no word yet on Australian availability.
