PlayStation State of Play shows PS5, PSVR2 games on Friday

Summer Game Fest begins.

Timed for Summer Game Fest, a PlayStation State of Play will take place this Friday in Australia and feature looks at PS5 and PSVR2 games.

“State of Play is back! Tune in live for updates on PS5 and PS VR2 titles, plus a look at PlayStation Studios games arriving later this year,” Sony said, simply.

The show will run for more than 30 minutes — featuring 14 different games — and will kick off at 8.00 am AEST tomorrow, 31 May. That corresponds to 7 am JST on the same day, or 3 pm PT or 6 pm ET on 30 May. You can check your own timezone right here.

You’ll be able to watch on YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

If you’re excited about the prospect of this State of Play, don’t forget that Sony doesn’t have any first-party games planned for the rest of the year. Maybe we’ll get a surprise?

Update: You can watch the presentation below if keen.
