PlayStation Plus cloud storage increased to 100GB

PlayStation Plus cloud storage has been increased to 100GB, Sony has today confirmed.

Alongside the ability to use multiplayer and free games each month, cloud storage is one of the benefits of Sony’s subscription service. Cloud storage has jumped from a meagre 10GB to a whopping 100GB, providing the chance to players to free up some local hard drive space by moving game saves to the cloud.

The extra cloud storage space is expected in “early February,” Sony confirmed.

“With cloud storage, you can save your game progress and character profiles on one PS4 system, and then continue the game on another system later without losing progress,” Sony’s post continues.

Today, Sony also detailed PlayStation Plus February 2019 free titles.
