PlayStation, Nike team up for PG-2 PlayStation colourway shoe

Nike and Sony Interactive Entertainment Australia have teamed up to produce the PG-2 PlayStation colourway shoe. The sneaker is an official collaboration between NBA star Paul George, Nike Basketball and PlayStation.

The tongues of the shoe will sport both the PG and PlayStation logos, which illuminate and pulsate blue, simulating the actual PS4 startup sequence. Moreover, the back heel of the left shoe has a barcode that hides a PSN voucher code for a Paul George dynamic PlayStation theme.

“I consider myself one of the biggest gamers in the NBA. Ever since getting my PS2 for Christmas as a kid, my game has gone with me wherever I go, so working with PlayStation was something that felt inevitable,” George said of the collaboration.
