PlayStation Network maintenance runs from tonight til noon Tuesday

Just a friendly reminder to our PlayStation Network users out there: you’re PSNless from late tonight until noon tomorrow.

Taking to the PlayStation ANZ Announcements and Community Events forum, Community Team Leader Noel “FurySevenSix” Wheatley reminded users of the outage:

Just a quick notice to let you know that scheduled maintenance has been planned to start on Monday April 16th and conclude on Tuesday April 17th. During this time the PlayStation Network will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 23:00 AEST (Monday 16th April) until 12:00 AEST (Tuesday 17th April).

For the duration of the downtime above, Sony Entertainment Network services (Music Unlimited, Video Unlimited, Account Management, Registration etc) will be unavailable to all consumers. Users who attempt to access these services during this time will be presented with the site maintenance notification page

Also during the maintenance, a small number of users may be presented with the site maintenance notification page when trying to sign-in to their account or use Network services and the connection to the network may be occasionally lost for some users.

Use the time wisely, gamers — those single-player campaigns aren’t going to finish themselves!
