PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One X: Around 40fps right now on 100-man servers

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One X can currently reach up to 40fps on 100-man servers, it was recently revealed.

The information came straight from Brendan ‘PlayerUnknown’ Greene in a recent conversation with Eurogamer.

“We have a version running on the Xbox One X prototype in the office which can plug into the online servers,” Greene said. “We were playing on live servers on the console at about 30 or 40 FPS. So it works on 100 man servers.”

Greene said the team is hard at work, looking into further optimisation on both Xbox One and Xbox One X.

A release date for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One has yet to be detailed. The Xbox One X is available in November.
