A host of players are losing access to their Star Wars Jedi Survivor pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonus items, though EA has said it’s aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
While some players have lost access to the selected items altogether, others are reporting intermittent access to the bonuses.
In a support post, EA said it is “aware of the reports and are investigating the issue.”
This new predicament follows a launch laden with performance issues and bugs, though EA says that patches are on the way.
