Paper Mario The Origami King heads to Switch in July

Paper Mario The Origami King is a Nintendo Switch title available in July, Nintendo has today announced.

“The kingdom has been ravaged by an origami menace! Join Mario and his new partner, Olivia, as they team up with unlikely allies like Bowser and the Toads to battle evil Folded Soldiers,” Nintendo said, detailing the title.

Mario and friends will feature new 1,000-Fold arms abilties to solve puzzles and combat now allows for the opportunity to line up opponents in order to inflict maximum damage.

“In battle, line up scattered enemies and plan your attack to maximize damage with the new, ring-based battle system that requires both puzzle-solving skills and a quick wit,” Nintendo continued.

Paper Mario The Origami King heads to Nintendo Switch on 17 July. You can pre-order the game now for $79.95 AUD.
