Overwatch is now “feasible” on Nintendo Switch

Overwatch is “feasible” on Nintendo Switch, according to Blizzard Senior Producer, Pete Stilwell.

“Anything is within the realm of possibility,” Stilwell told Gamespot in a discussion about Diablo 3‘s upcoming Switch release.

“Our team was given the task to work on this. If [Overwatch developer] Team 4 picks up that endeavour, that’s on them. As of right now Diablo is our only focus on Switch.”

When asked if Overwatch could run on Switch, Stilwell replied with, “Yes, it is feasible.”

Back in March 2017, Blizzard’s Jeff Kaplan said Overwatch on Switch would be “very challenging.”

So who do you believe — Kaplan or Stilwell? Our money’s on Kaplan’s assessment, but on the other hand, we’d like Overwatch on Switch.

Overwatch is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
