Oculus Quest 2 announced by Oculus, Facebook

The Oculus Quest 2 was recently announced by Oculus and Facebook.

Dubbed “the next generation of all-in-one VR,” by Oculus, the Quest 2 “has our highest resolution display ever, weighs less than the original Quest” and is priced at $299 USD or $479 AUD.

“It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Platform processor and 6GB of memory to power even more immersive experiences, with newly redesigned controllers for better ergonomics and longer battery life,” Oculus continued.

Pre-orders are open already (as if you didn’t need more hardware to buy) and more information on the Oculus Quest 2 can be found here.
