No Straight Roads 2 adds third playable character in keyboardist Casey

Rockin'!

No Straight Roads 2 has added 33% more Bunk Bed Junction to the mix with Casey, the band’s new keyboardist and the game’s third playable character.

“As the youngest member of Bunk Bed Junction, Casey is a rockin’ new keyboardist who brings a fresh new style to Vinyl City,” reads a press release. “With unique moves and combos, Casey will be hitting the road in NSR2 to jump on an epic world tour alongside rock stars Mayday and Zuke, as they embark on a global journey to climb the international charts.”

“With her love for accessories and patchwork clothing, Casey’s look is a blend of many different influences,” said Daim Dziauddin, creative director at developer Metronomik. “Her fashion reflects where she is as a person, as she begins to explore her identity. And as the youngest member of Bunk Bed Junction, Casey’s story lets us explore the band from a newcomer’s perspective, while making her a keyboardist shows the band’s desire to grow. They are rock at heart, but like many artists, they want to expand their style and explore new techniques.”

Bunk Bed Junction will actually be a four-member band for the sequel; Metronomik will detail its fourth and final band member in the future.

Today’s news comes on the fifth anniversary of the original No Straight Roads.

“Five years on, NSR still belongs to the fans,” added Wan Hazmer, CEO of Metronomik. “Casey opens new musical routes and new ways to play. We cannot wait for everyone to meet her.”

Expect No Straight Roads 2 on PC and consoles sometime in 2026.
