Nintendo Switch wireless headphone support now available

Another bonus of the Nintendo Switch’s latest 4.0.0 update is support for wireless headphones.

While the update is making news because it allows for video capture and save game transfers, it’s been revealed that is also offers native support of wireless headphones that use USB dongles.

The pickup was made by NintendoLife earlier today.

Of course, the nature of the Switch itself makes things a little tricky — while the Switch’s Dock has standard USB ports, it only has a single USB-C Port in handheld mode; you might have to grab an adapter to use your cans.

The Nintendo Switch 4.0.0 update went live yesterday.
