Next Elder Scrolls 6 news will be “years from now”: Bethesda

The next batch of The Elder Scrolls 6 news will be “years from now,” Bethesda’s Pete Hines has confirmed.

“It’s after Starfield, which you pretty much know nothing about,” Hines said on Twitter. “So if you’re coming at me for details now and not years from now, I’m failing to properly manage your expectations.”

Bethesda confirmed both Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 at E3 2018, later confirming that both titles would use the same aging engine as Fallout 3 and Fallout 4. Back in June 2019, Bethesda confirmed that Starfield would be released before The Elder Scrolls 6.

We’ll have more on both Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 as news is made available, though Bethesda has already confirmed it will not be hosting a digital E3 2020 replacement.
