New PlayStation mobile app rolls out today, includes updated UI

A new PlayStation mobile app will roll out today to iOS and Android devices, sporting a new UI and a series of updated features.

The app adds voice chat and native PS Store integration on your smartphone, enabling “fast and smooth shopping and browsing, with the ability to remotely download games and add-ons directly to your PS4 and PS5,” Sony today detailed.

The app will also let you remotely launch games on PS5 alongside console storage management and the ability to sign into your PS5 from your smart device.

If you don’t have the app as yet, you can download it via the following links:

The PS5 heads to store shelves on 12 November.
